Hull Identification Numbering System A hull indentification number is assigned to each boat we manufacture. The system we use for indentification numbering our boats provides a great deal of information. We emboss the hull indentification number in the transom of each boat. A second duplicate hull indentification number is laminated on the inside of the transom. It is very important to refer to the hull indentification number when rigging, servicing, or ordering parts. Many of the parts we manufacture are identified by part number and by a two-letter boat model code, which is also used in the hull indentification number. Before installing any part, make sure it is the correct part for the boat. Highlighted are the characters you need to look for to identify the actual model of your boat: Example - WJO A15 VG F9 00 |
